CSGOEmpire now offers basic trade automation for P2P deposits and withdrawals. This optional feature uses your Steam session token (also known as "webapi_token") to access your trade history and automatically complete your trade on CSGOEmpire once the item has been exchanged on Steam.

This feature does not send, accept, or reject trades on your behalf. You are still responsible for creating trade offers and confirming them via the Steam authenticator, as well as opening disputes if required.

How does this benefit me?

As a seller, this means trades on CSGOEmpire can be marked as completed without requiring input from the buyer, streamlining the selling process.

As a buyer, you no longer need to manually mark the item as received after accepting a trade offer on Steam.
You will still need to dispute trades that were marked as sent by a seller but were not received by you as the buyer, or if there is an issue with the trade offer itself. If an item was marked as sent and you let the trade expire on the site, your coins will be transferred to the seller.
โ€‹

A key benefit for both sellers and buyers is that, in most cases, you wonโ€™t need to submit evidence for disputes. Our system can verify trade completion based on your trade history.

The current version only supports regular item trades, not commodity items like cases, stickers, capsules, pins, and patches.

How do I enable tracking?

You can enable this feature by opening your trade settings on the CS skin deposit page. Simply go to https://csgoempire.com/deposit/steam and click the yellow settings icon:

Clicking it will open this popup:

You can retrieve your token by clicking the highlighted "here" link or accessing it anytime through this official Steam link: https://steamcommunity.com/pointssummary/ajaxgetasyncconfig. Do not share this token with anyone.
Make sure to copy and paste the whole value displayed in the browser ({"success":1,"data":{"webapi_token":"XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX"}}).
โ€‹
The token resets every 24 hours, requiring manual updates to continue using the feature. You'll see this after you've successfully enabled tracking:

Click "confirm" to save your settings.

What's next?

You're all set. Our trading system will automatically check for updates every few minutes and complete your trade if the item was exchanged on Steam.
