Explanation of our player to player CSGO trading system

Our CSGO deposit and withdrawal system is player to player meaning you'll be trading items with other users on the site, not site owned bots. This ensures that every item listed on the withdrawal page is tradeable and instantly withdrawable.

How to complete a trade as a seller

For items sold through our auction system, you will have 30 minutes to send the offer and confirm this on the site. For non-auction trades, you will be given 12 hours.

Once your item has been purchased, you'll see a 'Send trade offer' button in your pending trades tab.

Clicking this button will open the buyers trade URL.

You will need to make sure that you send the correct copy of the item to avoid the trade being disputed. Sending the wrong copy may result in loss of funds.

Once you've sent the item and confirmed the trade on your Steam app, click on the 'I have sent the item' button and confirm that the trade has been sent on the site.

If you do not confirm that the item has been sent within the time given, the trade will be automatically marked as failed and the buyer will be refunded.

You will also receive a trade punishment for this, regardless of whether the item was delivered or not. You can read more about this here: Trade Punishments

Once confirmed, the trade will then be marked as sent in your pending trades tab.

You will then need to wait for the buyer to accept the trade offer on Steam, and confirm they've received the item on the site.

If the buyer doesn't confirm that the item has been received within the time given, the seller will be automatically credited for the trade after the timer expires.

Support are unable to speed this process up, so you will need to wait for the buyer to confirm, or for the timer to run out in order to be credited.

If the buyer doesn't agree with you marking the trade as sent, they'll be able to open a dispute. If this happens, you will see a 'Contact support' button on the trade which will automatically open a support chat to start a dispute for this trade.

How to complete a trade as a buyer

You will then need to wait for the seller to send the trade on Steam and confirm that they've sent you the item.

If the seller doesn't confirm that the item has been sent within the time given, the buyer will be automatically refunded for the trade after the timer expires.

To view the trade, go to your Incoming Offers on Steam.

Before accepting, you will need to check to make sure you are accepting and confirming the correct copy of the item.

Refunds will not be offered if you accept and confirm the wrong item, e.g. an item with the wrong float, stickers, pattern etc.

You can verify you've received the correct item before accepting the trade by viewing the item in the trade offer and selecting to inspect this in-game.

Once you've verified the item you can accept the trade offer on Steam, then click 'I have received the item' to complete the trade on the site.

If you do not confirm that the item has been received within the time given, the trade will be automatically marked as completed and the seller will be credited.

If you have received the wrong item, do not accept the trade offer. You will need to raise a dispute by following the below steps.

If you don't agree with the sellers confirmation that the item has been sent or you have received the wrong item, click 'I have not received the item' to start a dispute. Please note that you won't be able to start a dispute for at least 10 minutes after the offer has been reported as sent by the seller.

If you open a dispute, you will then see a 'Contact support' button on the trade which will automatically open a support chat to start a dispute for this trade.

If you haven't received the item and do not dispute the trade within the time given, the trade will be automatically marked as completed, and the seller will be credited.

How to complete a dispute as a buyer

If you have opened a dispute but would like to complete it as you have received the correct item, you can click on the "I have received the item" button. After confirming, this will release the funds to the seller. Please note that this cannot be reversed, so you should only confirm this if you are 100% certain that the item has been received.
