Steam recently released an update that makes all trades reversible for up to 8 days after completion. During this period, either the sender or receiver can reverse the trade. To prevent abuse and keep trading secure, we’ve updated our system to account for these changes and ensure all trades remain safe for our users.
What are the changes on CSGOEmpire?
When you sell an item, it can take up to 8 days before you receive your coins. This is to ensure the buyer keeps the item before we pay you.
When you buy an item, you can equip and play with it, but you won’t be able to trade, sell, consume, or modify it.
What if my trade was reversed?
Your funds are safe. We don’t credit the seller immediately, so we still hold the funds during the trade’s reversal period. If this happens, just contact support—it will be handled like a normal trade dispute.
We have zero tolerance for abuse. Anyone who reverses a trade will be permanently banned from our marketplace.
