Our cash out feature allows a user to close a bet before the outcome of an event or market is decided. To check if cash out is offered for a bet you can navigate to the “My Bets” tab: https://csgoempire.com/match-betting?bt-path=/bets
When closing the bet and cashing out, the user is awarded an amount of coins equal to the cash out offer at the time they click ‘cash out’. In the example below this would be 0.92 coins.
Once clicked and the cash out confirmed by our odds provider you will receive your coins and the bet will be considered closed. You will receive XP at the usual earn rates for match betting, 25 XP per coin bet on singles, 50 XP per coin bet on combos.
Unfortunately, cash outs are not always offered. If it doesn't appear on your betslip then it wouldn't be available at that time. We are not able to offer cash out manually and we can’t guarantee that it will always be available.
The most common reasons for cash out to not be available are:
One or several markets in your betslip are currently suspended
You have included a market in your betslip that has more than 2 possible winners, e.g. a correct map score market. Cashout is generally only available on markets that have two possible winners like match winner or map winner markets.
You placed a combo bet with a large number of open selections remaining and cash out can not be calculated correctly.
Cash out is generally calculated based on your original bet stake, the original odds, the most up to date odds for the selections in your bet slip and the house edge applied. If your bet becomes more likely to win according to the current odds you will find the cash out amount offered will increase while if your bet is more likely to lose you will find your cash out figure is much less than your original stake.
Please note it is not possible for CSGOEmpire to cash out a bet automatically for a customer. The only way for a bet to be cashed out is via the customer clicking the ‘Cash Out’ button.
