You can view our match betting rules here. As we offer so many sports, there are a lot of rules to digest. Below we'll cover the most common rules below:
Postponed matches
Sports (prior to start)
Bets placed on a postponed event will be made void after a time period in accordance to the official rules designated to the given sport, if there is no specific time period listed for the sport then bets will be made void if the event does not start within 12 hours from its scheduled starting time.
Sports (after the match has started)
If the event has started and has not completed within 48 hours from its official starting time, all bets will be voided, with the exception of:
Bets placed on the odds related to periods that have been played to completion;
Events which in their normal course can take longer than 30 hours (e.g. golf tournaments);
Sport-specific exceptions determined by the Betting Rules section for each individual sport
Esports (prior to start and after the match has started)
All bets will be voided if the match is paused or postponed and there is no new date/time within 24 hours of the official start time.
Stand-ins
As per our match betting rules, bets will stand if the match is completed regardless of any stand-ins, but you can use our cash out feature under the “My Bets” tab: https://csgoempire.com/match-betting?bt-path=/bets
Bet voided within a combo or system bet
If a match or selection within a combo or system bet is voided/cancelled, the entire bet will continue with recalculated odds based on the remaining bets within the slip.
Football/soccer
Bets on the outcome of a match will be decided based on two halves of the scheduled number of minutes each and any time the referee adds to compensate for injuries and other stoppages. It does not include periods of extra time nor penalty shootouts if not stated.
Tennis retirements/forfeits
In case of a retirement and walk over of any player all undecided bets will be voided.
