As our trading system is fully player to player, there can be delays and issues that pop up, such as other users not completing the trade. This also means that there are no site operated bots involved with withdrawals and deposits.

For auction trades, the seller is given 30 minutes to send the item and the buyer is given 30 minutes to accept the item. Neither side can cancel the trade once it's active.

For non-auction trades, the seller is given 12 hours to send the item and the buyer is given 12 hours to accept the item. Neither side can cancel the trade once it's active.

To help you find items that are likely to be sent quickly, we have an indicator to show if the seller is online or offline. This is visible on the item card:

  • Online = activity on the site in the last 10 minutes or the seller is using a bot to list items

  • Offline = no activity on the site in the last 10 minutes

Also keep an eye on the seller info you see here before withdrawing an item:

The delivery rate is the amount of deposits the seller has completed over their last 10 and 100 deposits. Delivery time is the average delivery time on their last 10 and 100 deposits.
