You may end up losing access to your 2FA codes or simply forget where you set them up. Here's a guide helping you to reset your 2FA after losing it, or to help you find your lost 2FA codes

You should have set your 2FA up via an app on your phone. We recommend using Microsoft Authenticator or Authy, so check if you have either of those apps installed. Also, check for other apps on your device that are related to 2FA.

If your account meets certain requirements, you'll see this option via 'Lost access to 2FA'.

If you've lost your codes and don't see the option above, don't worry. We recommend checking to see if you saved your 8 digit recovery code anywhere. You should have saved a text file to your device with the name "CSGOEmpire_2FA_Recovery" when setting up 2FA on your account, but you may have saved this code elsewhere. We do also send reminders to users who haven't updated their 2FA in over 6 months to save their recovery code.
