Every time you place a bet on roulette, it will count towards the active roulette race competition. The top players who wager the most coins will automatically receive their prize at the end of the race. You can view how long is left on a race at the top of the leaderboard.

The total amount wagered during the race is the only thing that matters. Account level and other factors don't have any impact.
